I drove three hours to Nigel's house with the intention of recording at least one song for this new project we had decided to start. When I left I had the demo for Kitchen. Over a year later, after many mixes and filling out our ranks as a band, Kitchen is finally being released into the world.

The lyrics are about frustrations with yourself and with others, and feeling like you don't know why you continue to do something after doing it for so long. Finally letting go, and starting over.

I hope you enjoy this song as much as we do.
